Hurricane Recovery

Since Hurricane Rita in 2005, we have been involved in clean-up and recovery. Many have come from all over the nation to give time, prayers, and gifts to our hurricane survivors. “Jimbalaya News” updates information on our continued work in hurricane recovery.

Work Days
On the second Saturday of each month, we meet at the church for 7:30 a.m., then head out to work with needy families on homes under construction or repair by Habitat for Humanity, Rebuild Iberia, or First UMC New Iberia.
