Joyful Noise choir practice

We are very proud of Jesus And Me (J.A.M.), our rotation Sunday School program and classrooms. Each month the children learn about a story, person, or lesson from the Bible. Each week of the month, the four different age groups “rotate” to a different classroom: 3-4 year olds, K-1st grade, 2nd-3rd grade, and 4th-6th grade).

Joyful Noise, our children’s choir for ages 4 through sixth grade, meets each Sunday just prior to J.A.M.

In the Creation Station (cooking), you will see our “chefs” hard at work mixing, baking, and of course enjoying the fruits of their labor, all while learning.

The Heavenly Knowledge Station (computers/games/Bible study) has three computers where the children learn information about the month’s lesson. The program can include games, songs, and other activities. Our library is also located at this station. The children can check out books and read about God’s love.

The Real to Reel Station (movies with popcorn) is our own theater, where each week a movie is shown pertaining to the month’s lesson. Popcorn is popped in our own popcorn machine.

The Imagination Station (art and creativity) is the room where we do puppets, create pictures, paint, draw, explore, and imagine all the possibilities and wonders of God’s world.

Each quarter we have a “Celebration Sunday,” when we celebrate children’s participation in Joyful Noise, J.A.M. attendance, checking out books, knowing Bible verses/books of the Bible, and anything else we can think of to celebrate!
