Nursery Availability
We provide nursery care for children ages 0 through 4 years on Sunday mornings. Sunday school is available for children ages 3-4 years. Please advise us if you would like us to take your child to Sunday school.
On Sundays, the nursery is open for both worship services and Sunday school for ages 0 through 4 years. Hours are 8:00 a.m. through 12:30 p.m.
On Wednesdays, the nursery is open for our evening activities for children up to the age of 12 years. Please advise older children to bring something for entertainment. Hours are 5:00 p.m. through 8:00 p.m.
The nursery is also open for monthly meetings such as Children’s Council and Ministry Roundtable, as well as select special events and meetings. If you need a nursery attendant for a special event, a request form must be completed. Forms are located in the church office.
More Information
Our nursery attendants are screened very carefully before being hired by our church. If there are any concerns you have for our attendants, please contact our church staff.
All toys are age appropriate for the nursery. Our room and toys are cleaned and sanitized often.
Our activities include easy access and availability to go from one activity to another. Some activities include playdough, bubbles, reading, singing, coloring, etc. If you have an objection to any particular activity, please make our attendant aware.
Snacks and juice are provided for your child. Inform the attendant of any food allergies. Please send any special items your child may require such as bottles, sippy cups, and diapers.
We ask that each parent fill out an information sheet on each child. This information allows our attendants to be aware of any special needs your child may have. We do not administer any medication in the nursery, but informing us of a medication that your child is taking would be helpful.
Some children have special physical needs. If our nursery needs anything to adapt to your child, please let us know so we can meet their needs.
A phone is located in the nursery to contact 911 should an emergency occur.
